Okay the miraclous happened. I went to workout.....committed to an hour,and while I was puffing away.....well not really but to say it gives the impression that I am working hard........NOT!
Anyway a couple of men were checking me out..I lifted my chin and pointedly looked in the opposite direction, but inside I thought R U KIDDING??????? don't you see that I have the shapley dimensions of a pineapple?
I mean in public I mange to hide the weight okay I guess,in the general public, but in the gym IT ALL HANGS OUTand it's because I don't give a #&%$ who sees me.....
(a)I go on off hours.
(b)it's like going to the doctor..I am not there to do ANYTHING else but pay attention to my health
Anyway one of the male trainers came over and asked do you need help...he looked at me with THAT light in his eye and I thought ..whaaaaaaaaaat. Aw MAN....I feel so ugly.
But,I DID need help after all and he gave me some pointers on the execise machines asked what were my goals and I said I want to lose 40 pounds
He said they can be gone by March
hey you are supposed to disagreea and say oh You don't need to lose anything
He said but you must come to the gym everyday
he touched the sides of my body lightly on both sides near the armpits... you can reduce this...tone up...increase your metabolism....before spring
I said no waaaay
He said listen let me put you down for a one hour workout session with me
I said oh I can't afford it....
He said it's free
He said I can help learn to do execises that you can do at home I said dude I am at home..really..(the gym is on the top floor of my building)...I live in the building
He said yeah but you can do these anywhere
I thought what the hay am I arguing about
he said IT'S FREE HELLLLLLLLLLLO AS IN NO MONEY
So long short....my session Is on Friday morning at 8:45am
Today I am tired from the mini workout but it's good. I want to have the kind of fatigue that come fom a physical workout
MY WORKOUT GOALS .....two dance classes a day...two workout
sessions a day at the gym.... one hour for cardio,running and one brief 30 min for weights endurance etc
And daily Yoga practice!
