All these questions and answers help me, too.

Ever since I have started doing this diet I feel like having more energy and I look forward to the day I can start having some wholeweat pasta again.

....and remember the olden days when we went to meetings one hour a week--and actually paid for it?

Low carb has literally changed my life, but I doubt if I could have done it without everyone here.
