hi

i get Pork Krackles at Coles. I think that they are ok as they dont seem to affect my ketosis. There is no carb count on the back and sugar is not listed in the ingrediants, however it does say flavor enhancer621 and spices so there could be some sugar in there, but as i said, i havent had a stall or gone out of ketosis after eating them.

i might get in touch with Gold Medal Snacks who make them and find out for sure. Will let you know what they say.

Default pork rinds are...

sorta like chips and are made from that crackling that you get on pork roasts. They are good if you like pork.

Hi SammieJam,

Any luck with the manufacturer? If these are low in carbs I will definately be buying some.

Cheers

Smile

I have seen them in Asian food stores, they aren't as flavoursome or salty as the Pork crackles that I have bought from Coles. I've bought some from the IGA supermarket, forget the brand but did notice that there was a high carb ingredient. I've forgotten what the ingredient was, either sugar or flour. Just remember to check out the ingredients before buying.
