Plan: Started as a 'normal' diet. Now on Atkins. Check my sig.

Default Um, this is going to sound weird, but - Can meat "absorb" carbs..?

For example, my parents are making roast tonight that's been stewing in a crockpot all day with potatoes and carrots. Would it be okay to eat just the roast, or will it be um.. "infected"
