Arrow Need Advice

I'm just starting this low carb plan,I said that I read Dr Atkins book but I didn't guess I better go to the library.But what other books are good,and I'm really not sure what to do on this plan,I just got off of Weight Watchers and that's all points and stuff.I really don't know what to eat on this and how much and stuff.What can you eat?Thanks.

Wind, what you can and cannot eat will vary from plan to plan. It's best to choose one and follow it until you're well versed in LC and what works best for your particular physiology. On the right hand side of every page you'll find a link "which low-carb plan is right for me?" - if you click on it you'll find reviews of many of the plans available to you. They also include sample menus. This would be a good place to start. Find a plan that fits with your lifestyle then get that book.
