Eat your veggies!
If you read Atkins you must have skipped the part about veggies, Taz. Your NEED your veggies. You're supposed to be getting 20g on induction and 5 more per week after of GREEN VEGGIES. Its vital to the long term success of this WOL and to your health. Broccoli, cucumber, lettuce, asparagus... take a look at what people are eating under "Journals/bootcamp" for some ideas. Eating just meat and eggs is not Atkins. This is not NO CARBS, its LOW carbs.
