Default Setting body shape expectations

I have a question regarding what are reasonable expectations for body shape? Not exactly sure how to phrase this. I am about 120 pounds over weight and have a large "apron" area. If you don't know what I am talking about, you don't have one! Is this ever going to improve? It seems the more I lose, the more saggy and gross I look. This is the main area I want to get rid of. I have lost inches on my waist but it seems to have slid downward. Anyone been through this and have any insight? I joined a gym a month ago and am doing circuit training 3x a week but the exercising just seems to excelerate the redistribution to this area.

I think the best thing is to have no expectations and to lose weight slowly to give your skin a chance to catch up.

I have a similar "apron", so in a way I am thankful for the many plateaus I have encountered. I've always had a "pot" even when I weighed 135 pounds.

Im not sure how old U R or if U have had children, but that plays a big factor in how U can "reshape" your body. I still have a much thicker waiste than I would like however there isnt a whole lot I can do about it. Genetics also play a roll as to how U will look, as I have the shape of my mom and her sisters. Continue to exercise and it will make a difference and try not to concentrate as much on every little flaw U see in the mirror but more on the fact U are eatng healthy and I presume feeling much better.
