hello, my first entry!
hi guys,i'm pip, glad to meet all of you. i must say this is a great thing for me. god knows only how i stumbled across this website, thankyou jesus!!!!
well i guess my first entry will be, my way of eating.
I'm eating 1000cals per day about, and taking in my 20grams of carbs. I'm not hungry, but some of you think i'm eating very lil, and that i need to eat more.
I just got on to fitday, and that's been a big help.
need to start excerising too. Yesterday was a good day for me, i was so geeked to learn that i lost 3 lbs. i want to stay away from the scale. i guess i'm going to have to send it home with a friend..lol . I want to weigh myself again thursday. weekly i think is good for me.
