Default Induction headaches

I have a friend that is in her second week of induction and she is making great progress. However, she has been having daily headaches. She seems to be keeping to her program but she hates her head pain. Any suggestions? She doesn't want to take Excederin forever? Thanks, y'all!!!

Oftentimes the headaches are a result of withdrawl from sugar or caffeine.
Headaches are a pretty common side effect of abstinence when you're addicted to a substance.
They usually go away in a few days, or a week...

I'm pretty sure I've read on here that magnesium definciency can be a headache trigger. After a couple weeks, I wouldn't think caffeine or sugar withdrawal would still be happening, but it's possible.

If she's not already, I always recommend a supplement of calcium, magnesium, and potassium while low carbing, especially in induction. Makes me feel a whole lot better when those minerals are coursing through my veins.

Default thanks for the info

Angela, she is taking one Centrum a day. Do you have a supplement name other than magnesium? I haven't found a nutritional tab that has all three but no more. Thanks!
