Default Thirsty!

Getting enough water has never been a problem for me. Water has always been my non-alcoholic drink of choice. Since starting Induction a week ago, I have noticed that I am always thirsty. I am not diabetic and I have not been eating a lot of salty foods. Is this normal?

Completely

This way of eating is naturally diuretic....carbs generally hold on to water as we have restricted them so muc, watertends to pass through retty quickly. That's why it is so important to keep water intake up.

So supp up

Lesley

Thanks, Leslie. I'll just keep swilling the water. Since I started lowcarbing I've been swilling about 14 big glasses a day.
Warmest Regards.
