Question Ketoshakes and stalls? Also yogurt mix ins?

Has anyone found that the ketoshakes (or other shakes) cause stalls? I have been having 1 shake a day mixed with a little cream, water, and wholemilk yogurt. I think I am a bit stalled. I am just wondering if anyone has any experience or advice on this topic. I LOVE my shakes but I don't want to be stuck. Should I try cutting back to every other day? Should I cut them out all together?

Also, does anyone have any ideas on things to mix into the whole milk yogurt to make it taste extra yummy? The chocolate peanutbutter keto shake mixed with the yogurt tastes like chocolate peanutbutter cheesecake to me- yummy!

Any advice or shared experiences would be appreciated.

Good low-carb thoughts to all!!

Tracy
