Default Kim's butt burning workouts!

I am starting my gym log today! I have been back to the gym 1 - 2 times a day weekdays for the past 4 weeks.

Monday 7/6
PM 30 Minutes Total Body Class (light weights, squats ,ball, step etc)
PM 15 Minutes Belly & Back Class (Crunches, sit ups, planks etc)

Tuesday 7/7
AM 30 Minutes Boot Camp Class (High Cardio 7 stations...circuit training)
AM 15 Minutes Belly & Back Class
PM 40 Minutes Spinning Class
PM 30 Minutes Elliptical

Wednesday 7/8
AM 40 Minutes Spinning Class
AM 20 Minutes Deep Stretch
PM 15 Minutes Belly & Back class
PM 45 Minutes Power Walk (owwiieeee)

Thursdy 7/9
AM 30 Minutes Elliptical
AM 15 Minutes Belly & Back Class
AM 15 Minutes Deep Stretch Class
PM 15 Minutes Belly & Back Class
PM 60 Minutes Yoga

Friday 7/10
AM 40 Minutes Spinning Class
AM 15 Minutes Belly & Back Class

I have a very busy week this week. I will be able to get to the gym twice Mon & Wed, but it looks like only once Tues & Thurs and not at all on Friday


After my nice 6 pound loss last week I WILL not get upset next Monday morning when it's a much smaller loss!

Monday 7/13
AM Total Body Class (w/ weights) 30 Min.
AM Belly & Back Class 15 Min.
AM Elliptical 15 Min.
PM Elliptical 15 Min.
PM Belly & Back Class 15 Min.
PM Total Body Class 30 Min.

Tuesday 7/14
AM Boot Camp 30 Min.
AM Belly & Back Class 15 Min.
AM Elliptical 20 Min.

Wednesday 7/15
PM 15 Min. Elliptical
PM 15 Min. Belly & Back Class
PM 30 Min. Total Body Class
PM 45 Min. Brisk 2.2 Mile walk

Thursday 7/16
AM 15 Min. Belly & Back Class
AM 15 Min. Deep Stretch Class
AM 30 Min. Elliptical
PM 45 Min. Brisk 2.2 Mile Walk
