Default The truth about Carbs...

I was looking at some frozen low carb entrees in the super wal-mart here when a 'smartone' frozen entree caught my eye - "The Truth About Carbs" was written right across the top of it and on the back it was stating about how we need to eat "balanced" carbs and what not... I guess the low-fat companies are feeling a little threatened???

I dunno, just thought it was kind of funny...

They're going to fight tooth, nail and whatever to keep their "fair" market share!
Just take what they have to say with a grain of salt.

Read the January 12, 2004 article in Fortune Magazine. It is excellent.
