here's what i like for breakfast
actually i have it often as a midmorning meal, as i'm doing about 5 small meals spread throughout the day.
1/2cup blueberries ( cantaloupe is kinda good as alternative)
8 chopped almonds
3 Tab ground flax
1/2 cup coconut milk
a sprinkling of cinnamon
simple but good & very satisfying
yesterday i had it with half of a fresh peach. we get great peaches in colorado.
