Default Scales & Lipostix

I wondered how often one should weigh themselves.
I try to do it on Mondays after I awaken.
I am tempted to do it everyday.
Also- I have been trying to find lipostix, but it seems impossible to find.
What brand names do they come in, and what stores can they be found in ?
Thanks.

It is very tempting to weigh everyday, but it can be very discouraging due to daily fluctuations in weight. It is not a bad idea to stick to once per week. The Ketostix that I buy can be found at any CVS, Walgreens, Osco, Brooks...usually any major Pharmacy. They are usually kept at the pharmacy. Just ask your pharmacist for Ketone testing strips.

Walmart and GNC both carry them as well. Check under the name matabostrip and keto stix.
