Question 24 hour famine

On the 1-2 March 03, myself, 2 other leaders and 15 scouts are doing a 24 hr famine to help raise money for the millions starving in Southern Africa. Yay! but.... I just need my mind putting at rest... for it will be ok won't it on this plan? I know that eating or rather not eating the old carb way would be ok(ish) but unsure on the lc way.
All I can have is water, water and even more water, which is absolutley fine by me no probs there. I think I may be worried about light-headedness as I sometimes get that when I am ready for the next meal....
Any advice or suggestions other than taking a sleeping tablet and hopefully sleep through it all tee hee. We are all sleeping at the scout hut and it will be noisy and hardly any sleep at all if any! I guess not only do I need my mind putting at rest - I need my mind read!!
I would be grateful for feedback - many thanks in advance
Fi

Hi fine,

I recently didn't eat for about 36 hours due to an attack of gastro enteritus. I felt awful, but I lost a kilo!

No long term damage was done.

Good luck with your fast and I hope you raise loads of money.

Robert
