Question flax seed pancakes??

Hello. I'm just really curious if anyone has or knows of a recipe for low-carb pancakes with flax seed? I've been searching the recipe section but not having a lot of luck. Plus I'm at work with the most unbelievably slow connection.
I'm just getting tired of the ol' standby eggs and baccon, and would like to put the flax seed I have to good use!

Thank you for anyone who can help!

I found this one:

http://www.camacdonald.com/lc/Cookb...readsCakes.html

Flaxseed Pancakes - from Debbie Cusick

1/4 cup 0-carb egg protein powder, vanilla or plain
2 tbsp. flax meal
1 egg
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup heavy cream (or coconut milk)
1/2 cup water (approximate)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of sweetener

Mix ingredients and cook in melted butter on a griddle just as you would regular pancakes. Entire recipe has 6g carbs and 1g fiber. (mixture will be rather watery, but cooks up okay)

Or you could just take the good ole' mock danish recipe and tweak it as you'd like. I've made plenty of different type of pancakes from it, mixing in flaxseed, ground and chopped almonds, macadamia nuts etc. Totally yummy. Just add more liquid to the original recipe (which mainly consists of eggs, whey protein powder and Philadelphia - or similar - cheese.) I often add melted butter to it too.

I cheat and use 1/2 cup of my favorite flavored Flax-o-meal, a scant 1/2 cup water, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp baking powder, dash of salt, and 1 packet of splenda. Makes 2 large pancakes, 4 total net carbs for recipe.

Top with butter and your favorite SF syrup
