Thumbs up Another New Cat

Hi,

I can see from all the postings that new people are joining practically every minute. I' m just having completed my 2 wks Atkins induction. I lost 13 pounds

Now, I'm just trying to calm myself. With well over 100 lbs to go, this is just the beginning of the long trek. Hopefully I can take it one day at a time.

Now the trick is to leave induction in one piece. I actually scared and will probably take it really slow.

Peace

Slimcat

Great start. Just keep thinking longterm. If you feel out of control, or you aren't sure about something, just take a step back.

You are right about this being a long road. But it will also be a long road with many successes along the way.

Good for you!

Hey slimcat,

welcome. If you feel you have significant weight to lose, then you can stay on induction longer, I believe up to almost 6 months.

While I have added a few more veggies here and there, I dont feel safe leaving induction quite yet myself!

Sounds like you are off to an awesome start. Keep up the good work!
