Thumbs up I'm Back to Stay!!

Hi Everyone,
Well after several months of finding every excuse in the book for not doing LC or doing it half heartedly, I've finally come to the conclusion that the LC WOL is the best for me. I have now picked myself up, dusted off and decided to really give it another try. I've made a good start. Lost 3 pounds in 4 days and still going strong. My motivation is high(right now) and I'm going forward. I truely believe I'm back to stay!!
