Default what would happen...

Can a person, potentially speaking, get underweight if they stay on the induction diet say for a very long time? say 6+months.

I can well imagine you could. But why would you want to do that?
I would be happy to reach a healthy weight and then stay at that rate.

Default Induction

I've been in induction for almost five weeks (except for one weak day).

I'm very content to stay here for a while. I don't miss carbs at all, don't crave them and am hardly ever really hungry. Feel great - lots of energy, happy disposition.

I'm cool staying here!

Hmmm..reading this thread I'm thinking...oh my....I have been on induction since the second week of March. Yep, a couple of slips..but nothing major I don't think? Not skinny yet...LOL...

I don't think any harm happens when in induction for this length of time. In fact I feel there is more stalls....go figure???

Gettting real sick of the bad breath mouth feeling.....LOL ...Look out mouth wash...here I come....LOL
