Thumbs down Atkins without excercise

On my recent return to the low carb diet, (about 4 weeks ago, as I fell off the wagon for about 3 months due to a breakup ) I've done the induction diet without excercising. My keto-stix have been in the moderate level for three weeks now. I lost a lot of fluid weight and dropped down from 235 to 225 in the first week. (Not mentioning the bad break-in headache that comes with starting the diet. It lasted longer and seemed far more intense.) This time however, after loosing the initial water weight, the fat weight seems to come off at a snails pace. Only 2 lbs in 3 weeks! I am used to faster results, as when I first started the LC diet, I was doing 20-30 minuites a day on my Nordic-Trak. The pounds just melted away. I averaged 2-3lbs a week! But I am trying to loose slower this time to allow time for my skin to draw up. (I know...I know....there I go with the skin talk again.) And it has somewhat. But I can't stand the slow pace! My questions to you experts are:

1.) If a keto-stix is in the moderate range, does that mean I am loosing weight?

2.) Do you think I should go back to the excercise routine?

3.)Can one still loose weight on the keto diet without excercising? I average about 1900 calories a day on the protien diet and my keto stix stay in the moderate range.

Any answer would be appreciated. I leave for Canado tomorrow, but will try to get on the computer at my brothers house to read your responses. Thanks!!!
