Well, I've had a stinky kind of 2 weeks or so. I have lost and gained the same 2 lbs. about 10 times!! So today I thought, why am I bothering? I have cut dairy down to a minimum and still no movement.
Whenever I have to make a decision, I use the old pro and con list. Take a sheet of paper and write out all the good and all the bad of a situation and see what develops. I use this at work alot when working on a problem. Here is my list. Maybe yours will look the same.
Pro LC
NOt gaining for the first time in several years.
Not going hungry.
Very few cravings.
Heartburn and acid reflux pretty well undercontrol.
Gone from size 181/2 to perfect size 16
Definately have more energy.
Don't feel bloated all the time.
Have felt hope after feeling nothing but despair about my weight for years.
Have received amazing support and friendship on this site.
Cons
Losing slowly, only 25 lbs. in seven months.
Well, there you have it. After wracking my brain, my only con was the slow weight loss. Guess my decision is made. Now I don't feel so bad. All the best to you all, try a list too and see if it helps you.
