Hey there everybody.

I'm starting the zone diet tomorrow. I'm hoping to lose just over a stone on the diet. However, I'm a little confused. In the 2 books that i have read, "Mastering the Zone" and "The Zone". I've calcualted that i need to consumme 9 blocks of protein each day. However, the zone website stipulates that everybody should consumme a minimum of 11 protein blocks per day. I'm a little confused! If anybody who has tried or is on the diet could put me straight on this point that would be great. Also, i would love any tips and sound advice from anybody who has had success with this diet.
(I'm a 21 year old woman. I weigh just under 11 stone and do little exercise!

Hello Liz and welcome. You should pose this question in the forum for The Zone so that people who are on that plan can help. Use the "Forum Jump" pulldown menu below this post. The Zone is in the section Daily Low carb Support.

I'm on Atkins so I don't know about the Sears plan. But I wish you much success on it.
