Default Delicious Dip

Here is a dip recipe that I made up that is easy to make, low-carb, and very good with pork rinds.

Pork Rind Dip

8 oz. package cream cheese (softened)
1/2 C sour cream
4 oz. can chopped green chilis
2 oz. to 4 oz. (depending on how hot you want it) of a can of diced jalapeno peppers (use green chilis instead if you don't want it spicy)

Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy with microwave pork rinds!
One tablespoon has about 0.6 carbs!

Chickadee

Default Clam Dip Too

You can turn this into a wonderful clam dip by adding a small can of minced clams, 2 tbsp. of the juice, parsley and a dash of worcestershire sauce. Probably should leave out the peppers. I used to smear this all over slices of french bread but pork rinds are now my dipper of choice.

mmmmm... That sounds really good. I'll have to give it a try.

I buy the Lawrey's Microwave pork rinds. Have you tried those? They are fantastic.
