you can eat anything you'd eat for another meal. On the main forum index page, scroll down to the Breakfast Ideas section, but don't stop there! read all the recipes for main dishes, as well.
Pork chops, home-made sausage, salmon, chicken, steak, hamburger, crustless pizza, soup, chef salad, tuna salad...all these are fine for breakfast, too. And eggs are cool for dinner, as well. A meal is a meal is a meal.
