Talking I can't believe its working

Okay folks, I have been low carbing for a couple of days now and have lost 2.5 pounds. Not bad for a petite type. And I *feel* so much better. Last week I was stressing out big time as I was trying to do Weight Watchers, feeling miserable, exhausted and running about 12 miles per week...and gaining about 1 pound per week!! Now, I feel a ray of hope. Finally I found something that works and I won't have to buy new clothes in a larger size after all!! Things were getting pretty snug
Yippee!!
Happy Low Carb Thanksgiving to All....

It is awesome! Everything you ever learned about foods and nutrition can be wrong.

I am 38 and have never been fitter or healthier in my life!

Great luck to you.

Hi! Welcome. I'm a former low fat dieter too (who isn't? ) My only regret is not discovering it sooner!

Go easy on yourself if you're still running - it can take your body a while to adjust to burning fat instead of carbs. Check the exercise forum for more advice. You might have to increase your carbs a bit.

Enjoy!
