Default When will I see the change, im waiting for the Woosh

I have lost 22 pounds! Yay me, however I have not lost an inch on my waist. My clothing is not fitting any better. I am a bit frusterpated here. How long did it take some of you to see the change. I am feeling it but just not seeing it. What can I do different. I go on a walk every day, eat under 20g of carbs and avoid the frankenfoods. What else is there (ohh I do get my water boy do I). Help I am waiting for this woosh and its no where in sight.

Everyone is different. I can lose 10 to 15 pounds before I see a change in my clothing size. The fact that you've lost 22 pounds should keep you motivated. Just be patient. Sounds like you are on the right path, the results should follow.

Oh man...we're in the same boat...well I was. Then I started to notice how much better my clothes started fitting. I feel like I still look the same cause I haven't really gotten that many compliments. But I knwo that I'm losing every time I step on the scale or put on a favorite outfit that is too baggy now! So just hang in there and keep comint back here for support~!

The thing is, my clothing is not even baggy. I would think 22 pounds I would see it by now. The numbers are keeping me going. I just really want to see the change.

...and you WILL see the change. My pounds went off in the opposite that they went on. So I didn't thin up "all over" in the beginning. Have you taken a picture of yourself lately? I'll bet some parts of you are starting to slim up. It was my face 1st, then my butt, then my chest, then my stomach.

Hang loose, you're doing GREAT so far. You know that your body won't have any choice but to get to that fat you're worried about if you keep losing weight, right? you've lost 22lbs in just a few months...how many YEARS did it take to put it all on. Now...even having said all that, I know that YOU want to see the change. Don't worry....you will.
