Are you talking about the LeCarb brand? It is really good. If this is what you are referring to I thought I would mention that even though it says it is sweetened with Splenda, if you read the ingredients it also contains sugar. I don't know why they did that. I love it but I started craving sweets again after I had ate it. I had totally lost my cravings so I started searching for the cause and read the label. None of the other flavors contain sugar as far as I know but I have to be careful with them too. Even the artificial stuff bothers me. Hopefully most people don't have this problem. Ice cream was a big thing for me before starting Atkins so it's nice to have the LeCarb or Atkins for a treat now.
