I was probably consuming a ton to say the least :P
Every morning was Special K with skim milk. In the summer I would either cut up a banana in it, or throw in blueberries or strawberries depending. 2 packets sweet N' Low
Lunch was usually a samwich. White bread, katchup or fat free mayo, fat free lunch meat and fat free cheese. I would also have baby carrots if I was being good. A huge cafe mocha with tortini syrup (at least one a day) or other coffee drink. That was when I was doing fat free.
Preggie I would occasionaly buy a brownie or other treat form the coffee cart as well. Days I had money I would go to the coffee shop in town and get sushi and a large piece of cheesecake. Sometimes a brick oven specilaty pizza, the smoked salmon ones were amazing.
Low fat days snacks would often be nachos made with non fat cheese and low fat tortillas. English muffin pizzas made with FF english muffin, fat free cheese (that stuff does not melt) and fat free lunch meat. I would also maybe take a chicken breast and put tomato sauce and FF mozzarella cheese on top.
Weight watchers and lean cuisine frozen dinenrs were basicaly my staple dinner. Occasionaly I would also have a weight watchers frozen dessert.
