sometimes I drink weightloss tea. Traditional medicinals weightless cranberry is pretty good.
I haven't taken pills in a while. It seems unhealthy for some reason. I think the best way to deal with water weight is to simply drink more water. It flushes itself out.

I "borrowed" one from my cat who has a heart condition. It was my TOM and I knew I was retaining like mad and I wanted to see what sort of effect it had on my weight.

It was just a silly experiment. Presumably if its just water, your body will jettison it sooner or later.

I just cut back on salt and use a pottasium chloride salt sub instead. Why not change eating habits instead of taking more pills hoping to fix the problem?
