Default can't seem to get enough energy

For the past few weeks, I have really been slacking with exercising. I feel almost lethargic. I had some bad family problems going on and cheated for about 2 weeks and have been back on track with eating for a little bit. It is my TOM so I am definitely feeling fatigued from that but my problem is that I just can't get myself to do anything. I feel really, really tired. Has anyone else went through this and what tips do you have to get back on track?

I had the same problem not long ago. I found that adding a good multi-vitamin and a calcium-magnesium supp helped big time. Now I have energy big time. Are you taking any supp?? Maybe your calory intake is to low?

I am taking a multivitamin, Lcarnitine, flax seed oil and sometimes OoO. It's not helping. I eat a good amount of calories ranging from 1000 to 1600 a day. I try to stay around 1600. I have just recently decided to go into OWL instead of staying on induction so maybe that's what is doing it or it is just depression

Talking Vitamin B

I find when i'm feeling lethargic that taking Vitamin B Complex and Vitamin B6 help tremendously. Your energy levels soar and you can get on with doing things!!

I'll go to GNC later and try that out. I need something to help. I think all of the rain may be contributing to it, too but I know my body is just umm limp, yes, limp would be a good word for it!

I definitely agree with the B supps!! They turn your "p" highlighter yellow, so don't freak out the first time you see it

Looking at your list of supps, I would also get a cal/mag (2:1 ratio) and maybe even some potassium, too, IMO.

Take care!

Nicole

ps -- I know you know this (and I need to practice what I preach ) but the exercise will give you more energy, too. Try even just a short walk every day
