Store in the refridgerator?
I have just stocked up on low carb baking supplies for the first time and I 've read that as opposed to the high carb stuff, you should store some things in the fridge. I have my flax meal in there, but what about soy flour, gluten flour, nut flours, Protein Isolate? What things are Ok in a sealed jar in the cupboard and what should I store in the refridgerator? Thanks!
