Default I need the Carb count for Rice Paper....

It can't be that much. These sheets are so thin and disolve if left too long in water. I was wanting to use them to wrap up veggies...maybe wrap shrimp with a veggie,,etc.

I have checked everywhere..even on foodtv.com ...lol. The package doesn't contain counts for anything.

hope someone can help...Cin

HI there! I remembered reading your post and I happened to be at Fitday.com today and found rice paper there.

Their totals are as follows for the 3 different sizes of paper:

Small 6-3/8" Dia. = 20 Cal., 0 Fat, 4grams Carb., 0 Protein

Meduim 8-5/8" Dia. = 47 Cal., 0 Fat, 10 grams Carb., 1 gram Protein

Large 12-3/8" Dia. = 56 Cal., 0 Fat, 12 grams Carb., 1 gram Protein

Hope this is helpful. I love Vietnamese spring rolls and make sure to treat myself on occasion! Good luck!

Nicole

The website is www.fitday.com

They have a wonderful food calculator with many things to choose from.

I've never made them myself, but if I did, I would deep fry them for sure!
