Talking Finally...

About 7 months ago I started lifting weights as part of my exercise routine. My weightloss ground to a halt. Primarily I think because I was gaining muscle. Anyway...finally today the scale is going down again. Down under 100kgs. I've lost 38 kgs on Atkins now and have never felt better. It feels great when the scale is moving.

Good for you for sticking it out so long without seeing the scale move!! Was your clothes size dropping?

A little...but mainly I could see muscles developing so wasn't too worried. But I am one of those ppl who weigh themselves everyday...so it was a bit discouraging

Congratulations!!! I started lifting myself about 11 weeks ago and my scale has been pretty stagnant too. But you prove that persistence pays!!! Way to go!
