Hi Angel,

Eggs are fine. Just be sure to count the carbs though. One extra large egg has 0.7g carbs.

Hi Angel,

The eggs indicate how many posts you've made. Just click your mouse onto them to find out more.

As for the chat room, are you using Netscape, or AOL? Because for some reason our chat room cannot be accessed by AOL or Netscape users. If you are using Internet Explorer and cannot access it, I would suggest you ask the question in our Comments Box and Technical Questions forum.

Cheers.

Eggs are great for you; they are a complete protein just like meat, poultry, and fish, meaning that they contain all eight of the essential amino acids the body needs, plus they are a terrific source of many vitamins and minerals.

That egg website only suggests 1 egg per day! Is 2 - 3 eggs pushing the limit?

Unfortunately, along with the useful info. about the actual nutrition that's in eggs, that website does promote the outdated and incorrect notion that the cholesterol in eggs is "bad".

*sigh*

Here is more accurate and up-to-date information about egg nutrition from the Atkins website
