I have the sweet tooth after 2 months on this program without chearing. Wanted to share one that helps me, thought others might share their favorites. Might not be totally leagal with some corn syrup in the ingredients, but is working for me.

Frozen Coffee Drink

2 cups of low fat milk
1-2 cup of crushed ice
4-6 tsp of French Vanilla Cafe mix for General Foods International Coffee (Sugar Free-Fat Free)

Blend in blender and serve in a fancy glass
