Default CharM calling Nat.......

If I had to pick one person I admire the most on this board, it would certainly be you.

You seem so knowledgable - and have such a success story!!!

I have just spent about an hour, going through your journal

Today I am headed to town, to look for Body for Life.

I think I will try getting on my treadmill for 30 minutes each morning - before I eat (on an empty stomach)

I will also be pulling out my (hand ) weights and get my routine going again.

I have been losing and gaining about the same 4-6 pounds since December. However, I do notice a change in my clothes (jeans and slacks especially - so I have lost some inches). I would love to have your arms (hate that when I wave - other "stuff" waves also)

I noticed in you journal you had protein shakes for meals (more than 1 a day). I have a great portein shake that is 6 carbs (576 cal - 51 fat - 26 protein). I tried for one week having it for breakfast and dinner - lost 5 pounds in as many days - but then the weight crept back on Thinking it was not good, I stopped using it. Was going to lay off for 1 week - but broke down yesterday and had one. After falling off the LC wagon on Wed. I am back on track - and down 2 of the 6 pounds I gained in the last 2 weeks this morning.

I would love your "take" on the low carb shakes. Can I have them as meal replacements? Did that stall or make me gain?

My shake has 1/2 C heavy whipping cream, 1/2 SF Davinci SF flavoring, 1 scoop Designer Whey protein powder, 1 egg, and 10-12 ice cubes. It is soooooo goooood, and very filling.

Thank you - in advance for your reply.

Nat has inspired a lot of people on this board, including me.

Let's all give her a round of applause!
