well guys monday was sooo bad for me.i woke up and didnt feel too good i felt really bad,so i thought it was because i didnt walk sunday,so i went and fixed me waffles for breakfast.well that didnt stay down for long i guess my body was for once rejecting sugar,for lunch i had chicken broth and when the kids dad got home from work he knew i wasnt feeling great so as a pick me up he took me out for dinner that is a huge mistake!!you all know the place the one with the all you can eat sign!!all the good southern style cooking.well i think i am going to eat tuna all week to make up for all the stuff i shouldnt had.god help me to claen out the frigde!

As long as you get back on the program right away you shouldn't have too much of a problem. My last "deviation" cost me 3 months so I speak from experience, LOL. Besides the weight gain, I constantly felt sluggish and lethargic from eating all those carbs. I have been back on track for the past 9 days - the first three were hard - but after that it became easy again. My energy is starting to return and I have lost some of the weight I had gained. Let me know if I can help in any way.

well i cheated on my walking again last night only did 1 1/2 miles instead of 4.well i am off to cook my eggs and bacon for breakfast.

Talking well i am hanging in there

guys great news even with being as slack as i have been i didnt suffer any major damage!!i even went shopping this weekend and bought me some new capri pants and they were size 18 and a top that was a 16 i feel sooo good i have lost 28 pounds !!
