Karen, I have a question for you please.
What is a good way to cook lake perch and pickeral? Someone suggested almond flour and porkrinds. I coated fish with eggs and cream, coated with the rinds and almond flour, put it in the deep fryer, but it didn't really ring my bell. So far, I have been preferring to cook in garlic and butter. But I really miss battered and fried. Any suggestions? Thanks!
