Question Carb Extractors

Greetings fellow LCers

I am curious what you guys think about the carb absorbing diet pills out there. I picked up a bottle. They claim to absorb 45 carbs per pill. I have, and will remain, on the Atkins. I am staying below 25 carbs. I am sort of on an extended induction period. However, there are times when I go out and probably hit 40-50 in a day. I struggle to keep it down.

no sweets, no starches, just meat, salad, broccilli and green beans

I thought maybe it might help me get past the plateu I am on. I plan to take one of these critters with each meal.

I've not heard many people having success with those. On my first incarnation of Atkins I tried to use those - didn't work. They just gave me a false feeling that I could add more carbs into my diet and it would be OK. It helped lead me down the path to quitting the diet because "it didn't work". But of course, that was all in my mind.

Good for them! Just goes to show that not everything works for everybody.

Wink Old adage!

Personally I think if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is......

Nothing works like applying yourself to keeping to the rules...
