Exclamation trouble losing

OK, i've been low carbing on and off for years, and in the beginning i lost weight very easily. But since then i have had several children, and have gone on and off Atkins, and Sommers diets. Now, i am on Atkins again, and i'm losing very very slowly. And today, it says i'm .5 lbs heavier, and that happens a lot to me. Does anyone have any ideas to jumpstart the loseing that i used to have, and make it go a little faster? Also, what about my metabolism, has it completely shut down cause i was on and off the diet like 10 times, in a short period of time??

Please let me know your thoughts,

Heather, with each successive attempt at LCing your body learns more and more to adapt and not to trust what you're doing. It is possible that eventually not even Induction level carbs will work for you. The most constructive thing you can do for yourself now is be consistent and patient.
