glad you are choosing the Low Carb approach, sure you will love it and feel much better over time!
Depends, here, are you on the induction phase right now?
If its only 1TBsp of flour, well, I would say dont sweat the small stuff... but, you could also try NOT putting the flour in and see what happens. The other thing you could maybe try is to buy some plain protein powder (or whey powder) and substitute that for the flour.
My boyfriend often substitutes whey powder for flour in muffins and loaves that he bakes.... yes, I am lucky, he likes baking!!!!
