Unhappy losing control!

Help! I've been doing so good but have felt very out of control this week. I've had incredible cravings for sugar and salt and indulged in things that are loaded with carbs. I've only gained a few pounds but I am scared this is the end to a great new me. Why now after 3 months and -55 lbs. am I having such a bad week?

I'd say that's something that's happened to just about everyone here at some point.

If I were you, I'd make sure that you're getting enough calories in your daily diet, and that your fat % is high enough. I find that if I make myself full this way I can't really crave anything else.

Hope this helps,
~Ryan

First, congrats on your success! You're practically in maintenance.

Second, welcome to the forum!

Third... don't sweat the recent "naughtiness". You might just need a few days of "clean" eating to focus yourself again and get rid of the cravings. Avoid LC junk food, stick to unprocessed food, and drink plenty of water. You'll be back in the saddle before you know it.
