quick question on chicken fingers

Hi Karen,

I was looking at your induction recipes and I found your "wonderful chicken fingers" and had a question.
I wasn't sure, are pork rinds ok for induction? I haven't ever eaten them, and I'm obviously new to the atkins thing, so I just wanted to check before I got overly excited about chicken fingers

As long as they're pork and salt and no suspicious ingredients, they're fine.
