Default Firstimer says Hello!

Hi everyone I have been reading all the success stories and all the support that you give each other. I have been on Induction for 8 days losing fine, never hungry. My husband looks at the bacon and eggs and tells me I never lose with that lol. I can relate to all those things you hate like buying something sweet for the kids and cashier looking at you????? Or having to get into a booth. Misery. I haven't had too many Sunshine moments yet except I sleep better. I guess that will come after i lose a few more?

Just a quick hello and good to see you here! Only eight days and you sound like you're on your way. A few months down the line your husband will be asking you if something's low carb or not. Both my husband and kids are well aware of my quest and anytime they think I'm veering off path they give me a look. Then I have to explain to them whether I can each such n' such, or that it truly is low carb. Well, anyway...enjoy the ride. I'm sure your way will be sprinkled with Sunshine Moments too. Victoria

Default Hi there!

Welcome to the forum, Traveller!

I sometimes have difficulty believing we can lose weight eating the way we do too, but we do. Your husband will believe it too when he sees you keep losing. And he'll be thankful too, when he sees how happy and proud you are.

Good luck and welcome!

Donald

Thank you for the nice welcome. I have one problem : I feel bloated with all the water I drink. Will that feeling dissappear?

Smile Hi Traveler and Welcom

Yes, as the body becomes use to the fluids, the bloating feeling will go away. You may want to monitor salt so that you don't retain because of toooo much sodium.

Welcome to the Fun Room!

Default Hi Traveller!!!!

Just wanted to say Hi and congratulate you on your success thus far! Gosh, have you REALLY lost almost 20 lbs so far on induction? That is GREAT! I started my LCing on the 18th and I've lost 12. But almost 20, gee!

This is a great forum. I'm sure you'll find it very helpful...as have I. Welcome and I wish you continued success!!!
