Question balance of veggies?

If I cannot have access to salad or vegetables at lunchtime some days, is it OK to eat double the amount of these with dinner - or doesn't that work? Thanks for any advice

Hi there......

It's really best to spread out your carbs throughout the day. Try having some at breakfast, and consider finding a way to take some veggies along with you for lunch.

I'd say it would be okay to double up at dinner on occasion, but not to make a habit of it.

Cucumbers are my favourite "take along" veggies as they stand up well to the task.

It is better to have 3 meals or having snacks throughout the day. If you really have to, you could double your dinner, but I wouldn't do that often.

good luck!
