4 calories to one gram of carb...
Ok, guys, I was working out the other night and I walked on the treadmill. The treadmill told me I burned 220 calories. My quest is to fugure out A. Did I burn all of the 20 grams of carbs that I ate that day? and B. Once I burned up all the carbs that I had inside of me, did the rest of the calories burn fat (180 calories)? Also, C. If I splurge and eat 60 grams one day, if I go work out that night and burn 240 calories (60 grams times 4 calories), does it mean that I'm back to zero? I would appriciate any insight into all of this, even if my assumptions are incorrect.
