Default Getting back into Ketosis

Will exercising more than usual get me back into ketosis quicker after a cheat? The one other time I cheated it took almost 3 days to get back.

Yes, and no.

Yes - you'll burn off the excess carbs quicker, allowing ketosis to take over again.

However, you may not test positive for ketones any quicker - ketones in the urine are excess (overflow) ketones - if you are exercising, you may be burning off the excess ketones instead of losing them in your urine.
