Question back pain,

Hello All,
I have been on Atkins for four weeks. I have lost weight, but for
the last 3 days my back has hurt a lot.
I am drinking water, but my mouth is all ways dry.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Also, how do I create my own journal, as you can tell I am a newbie.
Thanks,
Nana

Hi Nana,

There are instructions for starting a journal at the top of the "introductions" forum.

As for the back pain... are you exercising? There's otherwise no connection between diet and back pain that I can think of. Dry mouth is fairly common. Keep drinking that water.

HTH!

Cool back pain

Dear Kristine,
Thank you for your post. My friend told me that it was probably
a kidney problem, but she has never done LC before.
I thought I would check with others who are LCing.
I do exercise, I go to physical therapy three times a week, this
could possibly cause my problem.
Thanks for the info on making a journal. I have a hard time finding
my way around the forum.
Thanks again,
Nana
