Default How many peanuts in a shell do you eat in one sitting?

I have this weakness for peanuts in a shell, and I was wondering if anyone else loved them as much as I do?

How many peanuts in the shell do I eat in one sitting? All of them.

Peanuts, peanut butter, sesame seed products--there are terrible trigger foods for me. For complicated reasons, I need to keep these foods in the garage, so at least I have to make a small effort to get to them. But they are DANGEROUS!

They are a weakness for me too. So how many do I eat in one sitting? NONE....if I had even one, then I would eat them all. I love, love, love peanuts.....did I mention I love them? Probably one of the worst trigger foods for me.

Beware of nuts! It is easy to be fooled about the quantity. Unless in individual packs, I weight them on a kitchen scale. 30g is really not a lot.

I always keep track of the quantity by my fitday calendar, and my scale.
